Phipps Family 2010
This year was FULL of great things for our little family. The greatest blessing
we received was our third daughter, Eloise Ruth Phipps. She was born on
December 10th and was 8 lbs 10 oz—the biggest baby Phipps yet! We are all
enamored with her, especially her fuzzy dark hair.

David worked. A lot. (He wanted me to stop there, but I refused). Last year he
returned to BYU to finish his last year in the Business School. He completed his
classes this year and will graduate with Honors once he completes his thesis. On
top of that he’s stayed very busy with his commercial real estate business, which
he loves. He is home almost every night by 6pm, which to us girls has been the
highlight of this year.
In January, Janelle ran her first marathon in Phoenix, Arizona with her Uncle
Derek. She has been busy creating toddler and preschooler activities for her
girls and posting them on her blog. Besides that, she was pretty much heavy
with child for the latter part of the year, squeezing in a few home improvement
projects before labor kicked in! She LOVES being a stay-at-home mom.
Hazel started ballet this year and loves it, especially the little “candy token” she
gets at the end of class. She is almost a professional hand model, since her mom
takes pictures of her doing crafts and activities nearly every day. She can write
her name and most of her alphabet. She really enjoys drawing and coloring
pictures of her own.
Charlotte is the happiest little girl we know. She is our sign language queen,
although most of her signs have now been replaced with words. She is also our
“little mother” and gives all of her love to her dolls, and now, Ms. Ellie.
Ellie is the fuzziest, squishiest, sweetest softest little baby that we are so blessed
to have in our family.
