Swim lessons and a finished front room

Almost finished! Looking a little yellow to me, but hopefully it will all work out once the tape is off and furniture is back in.

At 23 weeks, they say she's the size of a mango, but I beg to differ!
Eloise, who had decided she did not want to wear her swimsuit that morning (she usually does even though she's not in swim lessons), changed her mind. She stripped off her dress despite everything I ddi, but I refused to walk back to the car, so she sat there naked until the end of lessons. What adventures I have with these babies. The entire time I was trying to reason with Eloise, Edison was stealing other peoples flip-flops they left on the grass because he has a shoe obsession and I'd have to find the matching shoe and return it to its place. It is truly a season of babies and MOST of the time, I love it and realize how special it is and what a lucky woman I am to have the most important job in the world.

Hazel took this picture of me with the babies after swim lessons, so I could remember this day that I was chasing around a one and two year old with a big pregnant belly.

On, Wednesday the 31st, we moved back into our house!

Pioneer Day

Took the girls on a little walk down the park down the street from Kevin and Vicki's. Took a belly shot right before both Charlotte and Eloise were attacked by wasps. So so sad. Thank goodness for Gram's remedy, that really does help! Windex.
I can still see those feet.

Gram had a great lesson for us on pioneers. She really is the perfect mother-in-law for me.
Then we did fireworks! Lottie wasn't so sure.

Poor Ed got scared too. I have a picture of me as a little girl crying while holding one of these things as well.

Happy Pioneer Day!

The work begins

We've moved all of our furniture out of the front room so they can mud over the textured walls and prep for paint. It feels so good to be getting this room done! Goodbye motivational quotes on the walls!

Meanwhile the kids and I are having activity time at Kevin and Vicki's!
I found some great workbooks at Target for $1 so we are having "summer school" every day. The girls each have pretend names (Jezelle was one of them) and they named me Mrs. Clover.

Lottie said, "Hey look at me. I'm Patosco!" (Toy Story)
